When a weather emergency creates hazardous travel conditions, Our Lady of the Wayside Church follows the St. Mary’s County School policy. If school is cancelled, all church activities are cancelled and the office will be closed. If school is delayed, the office will be delayed also.

The Mother Catherine Spalding School Legacy Scholarship is made possible through the Mother Catherine Spalding School Endowment and the generosity of the five parishes that were associated with Mother Catherine Spalding School to support those parishioners who choose to send their child to a local Catholic elementary school.
